Every Audeon product ships with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Here's exactly what that covers.
Limited warranty
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only to physical goods, purchased from Audeon (the "Products").
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Warranty period
The Warranty Period for Products purchased from us is two years from the date of purchase. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product, or two years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
We also stock replacement parts for eight years from each product's launch, so your Audeon stays serviceable well beyond the warranty window.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Drivers, batteries, and internal components that fail under normal use
- Charging cases and bundled cables that fail under normal use
What's not covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, including but not limited to:
- Accidental damage, drops, crushing, or liquid damage beyond the product's rated protection
- Normal wear of ear tips, cushions, and other consumable parts
- Damage from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or repair by anyone other than Audeon or an authorized partner
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
How to obtain warranty service
To obtain warranty service, first contact us so we can determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
- Email support@audeon-official.com with your order number, the product name, and a description (and photos, where helpful) of the issue.
- Our team will review your claim and reply, normally within 1-2 business days.
- If your claim is approved, we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no charge to you.
Your statutory rights
This Limited Warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
